Lahore: According to the details, actor Imran Ashraf, who gained fame from the drama serial “Ranjha Ranjha Kardi”, will appear on the big screen for the first time with actress Amar Khan. Both of them will be seen showing the essence of acting in the movie “Dum Mastam”. The story of this movie is written by Amar Khan himself. The movie will be the adornment of cinemas in 2020. ۔
According to media reports, the film is produced by Adnan Siddiqui and will be directed by Ehteshamuddin. Other cast members of the film include Sohail Ahmed, Saleem Meraj, Adnan Shah (Tipu) and Momin Saqib.
Amar Khan, who acted brilliantly in the super hit drama serial ‘Qiyamat’, said about his mother actress ‘Fareeha Jabeen’ that he has not got any job till today because of her mother because she was not a star but an actress.
Amar Khan, who was recently introduced as an actress, also talked about kinship in an interview with a foreign news agency.
“My grandfather was a filmmaker, yet he was against my mother’s entry into the industry. My mother has worked hard on her own and if people love me for that, then there is no one in it,” said Amar. There is nothing wrong with that.
“I didn’t get my first break because of my mother, nor did I get a job because of her, because she was an actress, not a star,” Amar said in an interview.
She added, “Even today, when I wake up in the morning and see him on the phone asking for his checks, I guess he is not a star.”
Talking about kinship, the actress said, “I had more responsibility than other actors because there is no star in this third generation.”
It is believed that actress Amar Khan has a degree in film making while she has also written a film ‘Dum Mustam’ in which she will play the lead role and will be accompanied by actor Imran Ashraf.
