Actor Feroze Khan’s lawyer says that his client is currently not financially stable and cannot pay the amount demanded for child support.
After the divorce, Feroze Khan approached the court for the handover of the children, while Alizey Sultan has filed a case against Feroze Khan to pay the non-maintenance of the children.
In this regard, a hearing was held yesterday in the local court of Karachi on the request of both the parties, in which the court ordered both the parties to mutually agree to bear the monthly expenses for the support of the children.
Speaking to the media after the hearing, Feroze Khan’s lawyer said that Feroze is currently not in a position to pay the non-maintenance amount demanded by his ex-wife Aliza Sultan for the children.
Feroze Khan’s ex-wife Alizey Sultan has filed a request of 2 lakhs per month in the court for the maintenance of the children, while Feroze Khan says that he can pay only 20 thousand rupees per month.
It should be noted that Feroze Khan and Alizey Sultan’s relationship ended in divorce after a long separation in September this year. The couple has a son and a daughter.
